Powerhouse Family Fitness is a great place. The new equipment and always
getting my questions answered couldn't be better. Also, its never very crowded
and at times it feels like its "MY OWN" gym.
The gym is great and your help is much appreciated. I now look forward to
working out. Staff is very helpful and sincere.

I honestly love this gym, I continued to have great results even when the
ownership changed. The fact that I come at least 3 times a week and latley more
and I feel at home is awesome! If this was not a positive atmosphere and
experience for me I would not be a member. Also Christie is the best I am so
glad she writes programs for me and helps me get them started, I'm not a person
who wants someone to watch over me and help me each time I come in. I greatly
appreciate her and the other girls as well for the work they do for the gym I
feel that this benifit is very positive and alot of gyms do not offer this they
only offer personal trainers that you have to pay separate. A thousand thank
you's!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent staff and equipment.
Your gym is amazing. I would like to see new bench press bars, but other than
that, the facility is wonderfully kept up and the staff is great.
The club is in a great location for me. I have thought about changing gyms,
but it is so close to my house.
I like the friendly atmosphere and the classes. The locker room could use some
sprucing up too.
Powerhouse Family Fitness Fitness meets my physical health needs as well as
mentally preparing me for the day a head of me. It is great to be able to
workout and relax with no hassles, and socialize with the many friends that I
have met throughout the years.
I love the sauna, I treat is as my reward for working out. I really appreciate
how your staff has always been encouraging, and supportive, which is good
because being extremely overweight a staff like yours makes me want to come in.
The only thing I would change is Friday and Saturday hours, sometimes I am in
the mood to work out on Saturdays but don't get out of work in time. Other than
that, I love it here and wish I would come more often.
The gym is very nice and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. More of
a staff presence on the floor interacting with and assisting patrons would be
greatly appreciated and improve your customer service exponentially.
I really enjoy your club, it meets all my needs and expectations; its big
enough, the equipment is in great shape and there is enough of it for what I
do. The hours are convenient, its close to home, work and the staff is
friendly.

I like the gym, have been at Powerhouse for at least 8 years. It's just a few
miles from my home, which makes it easy to get to the gym. I will continue to
be a member as long as the price is in line with what is offered.

I've learned that gyms have to purchase the Body Pump program. I appreciate
that you've done so and that you're extending it to members for free. The class
structure pushes me harder than I would myself if I were working out alone.

Powerhouse Family Fitness is hands down the best gym
I like the transition to more family friendly. The child area is great and the
promotional things and focus on group activities and training is good. I like
seeing all age groups there!
First I like its proximity to my place of work. Second, I can get in my
workout without waiting in line for the equipment. Third is the fantastic new
female staffer that works during the noon hour. Her presents and knowledge help
other females feel Powerhouse Family Fitness is the place for them.
Very comfortable to go in and work out with out feeling out of place. Friendly

The staff is always friendly and answers your questions. I do think there
could be better coverage of the women's area. I love the variety of machines;
my workouts are never boring because I can vary them each time. It's also great
to have access to TVs on different channels while you're doing cardio, which
can be boring otherwise. I'm content here, and am happy to be signing up for my
third consecutive year. I also attended before under different ownership. My
only wish would be for a duplicate on the northwest side of Kalamazoo, near my
home .
I like your club because it is friendly and it has most of what I need. great
place and atmosphere. it's where i go to let loose after a rough day. it's my
getaway from home.
I think its great! There are a few machines that I would like to see newer
versions of just because they are a little worn, but for the most part I am
EXTREMELY happy with the facility.
I think Powerhouse Family Fitnessis very much a "blue collar" facility where
everyone is treated the same and the atmosphere is very positive. For the price
and the options offered it is still the best deal in town.
You guys are great at your jobs. Staff is always VERY friendly, I don't think
I have ever walked in without being said Hello to. That means alot. Also I did
some personal training with Cristi and she is fabulous. She was very helpful
and still continues to be. As a female one of the best parts of the club is the
Women's Gym, makes working out a comfortable task.
I like the layout, cardio, and old-school type free weights. The staff is
always friendly and willing to help. I also enjoy meeting new people at the
gym.

I enjoy the people. I am morning visitor so the age group of people suits me.
I don't feel uncomfortable like I would if I were surrounded by young college
students. The gym has what i need for the price I want to pay without a lot of
extra frills that I would never use.

I like Powerhouse Family Fitness very much. I do not have very much gym
experience and tend to feel a little out of place when I go to a gym.
Powerhouse is very user friendly. I was asked on several occasions if I needed
anything. This was done in a non threatening way that I really appreciated.

I have been to several clubs around the usa and I always seem to like
POWERHOUSE FAMILY FITNESS the best. There is nothing like your home gym.
It's awesome!! The people are friendly and the equipment is nice.
I think it is top notch I compare other Gyms to yours it sets the bar for
other gyms.
I always feel welcome--like family. Someone always greets me when I walk in
and wishes me a good day when I leave. If I need help, someone is always
available to assist me.
I really enjoy the time I spend at the club. I never knew that working out in
a facility could be so much fun and the results are starting to show.
I have been a member there for more than 5 years . Would like more variety for
lower abdominal machines It's better then new life fitness that's why I
switched gyms. Plus this one has a sauna.

I really like your club it is very nice, clean, and your staff is friendly. I
really like the large locker rooms, and the nice equipment. It would be nice to
have 24 hour access like other gyms are starting to provide to there members. .

I have been to other clubs, so in comparison I would say that Family Fitness
is an A+ gym in all areas. I look forward to coming in and usually workout for
about two hours. I devote this time to me & I appreciate having a gym to go to
that I truly enjoy. The only request that I would have would be for the gym to
offer a Spinning & a Zumba class. I would love the opportunity to attend both
of these classes. Thank you.

We need to be in better shape because of our daughter. It's giving me more
energy then I had before. I love it there at your club. After the year contract
is up, I'm still going to pay and come there.
It is the atmosphere of the gym that is most important to me, equipment comes
second. If you don't enjoy the facility where you train, what good is the
equipment!!!
